What should I do if I heard some strange sound from the hard disk when I turn on my computer?
Please turn the computer off immediately and send to us for inspection, there are many reasons for the strange sound, it may cause damage to the disk, so do not turn it on again to avoid serious damage on the hard disk.
Why the price range is so big?
It is because we will base on the damage level to give out quotation, if the problem is just in software level, the price will be cheaper, but if we need to open the hard disk inside clean ROOM and change parts, the price will be increase, but it will not exceed the ceiling.
Why there will be extra charge if my device has been inspected by other data recovery company?
Since we don’t know what technique other company use before, we need to use more to analysis, in our experience, we found that other company may change the parts already when customer send the device to us, so this will made our job more complicated and take more time to process, so there will be extra charge occur.
All data can be recovered after I agree the quotation?
No, after the confirmation of the quotation, we will start the data recovery process and find suitable parts if needed, but we may not find a suitable parts due to the model is too old or by some reason the data could not be recover, in that case we will not have any charges if data cannot be recover.
Everything can be use again after the data recovery process?
Depends, if there are too many bad sectors in the hard disk, and a file is stored with many bad sectors, data loss may occur and cause the file unreadable. Normally if bad sectors are not too much, most of the data are still readable.
How do I get back my data after the data recovery process?
If the file size of the data is not very large, we can burn it in a CD or DVD, otherwise customer can provide a hard disk to us and we can copy the data to it.
